CloseEarly in his ministry Jesus went up on the mountain to teach the crowds that followed him.The purpose of Jesus was not to establish new heights in tourism, but to give a new view of life as it is lived under redemption in wholehearted devotion to God. It was not a matter of what you see, but how you see your life. Matthew 5:21-26 explores what Jesus said about relationships and how to settle our differences. In these days of “safer at home” and “shelter in place” our outside contacts are more limited, and our inside contacts are intensified. Does Jesus have anything to say that can guide us through the unusual relationship times like this? And what about when things return to “normal?”
