CloseGod often meets us in unexpected ways and places. That was true of Moses, a man who ruined his opportunity for a major political career as a prince of Egypt. As a fugitive from justice on a murder charge, he successfully stayed under the radar forty years. Yet God had a major career change in mind for Moses at age 80. The new job assignment is that Moses is to be the great deliverer of God’s chosen people, leading them through the Exodus from slavery in Egypt. What does this have to do with us? God has a plan to use each of us. We might feel sidelined and inconsequential, but in God’s plan each of us is highly important.
