CloseGod’s ancient people Israel were now on the travel adventure of a lifetime. They were being personally escorted by God out of the land of slavery to the happiest place on earth. That short trip took 40 years. But God is faithful to His promises and, eventually, they are brought to their Promised Land. How often doesn’t it happen that we obstruct God’s good plan for our lives. We tend to be dissatisfied and rebellious. Yet God does not abandon us out in our deserts of disappointments.
Scripture References: Deuteronomy 7:6-11
