Faith is a complete reliance on a sure, reliable and totally firm object. In fact, faith is not blind nor is it risky. That’s because the object of a Christian’s faith is God. Take that a step farther and higher. Christian faith is where we cling totally to the person, promises and power of Jesus Christ who gave his life to the cross and rose from the dead just because He loves us. That’s the essence of faith. And then it reaches out into every area of our lives. It touches every issue, resolves conflicts, and brings confidence to live our lives boldly.
